Arctic Real Estate Project Finance is a leading arranger of real estate project financing, and offers clients access to direct investment in real estate in the Nordics. The combined Real Estate Project Finance team covering corporate finance services, capital raising and second hand trading, property management and business management, as well as fund management services consists of over 40 professionals with broad experience from financing, investment and management activity within real estate in the Nordic region.

Since 2015 Arctic Real Estate Project Finance has established ~ 80 real estate projects with an aggregated gross property value of NOK > 60 bn, raised equity of NOK > 20 bn and debt of NOK ~ 35 bn, and realized ~ 20 real estate projects with an aggregated gross property value of NOK ~15 bn. The project portfolio under management by Arctic Real Estate Management currently consists of > 40 projects with a gross property value of NOK ~ 46 bn.

Each individual project company has its own investment characteristics, and the aggregated portfolio consists of a wide variety of assets within various real estate segments from long-lease to value-add and development assets, from single assets to portfolio companies with defined strategies, from low yielding core assets to higher yielding cash flow assets as well as geographical exposure in Norway and Sweden.

Our services

Arctic Securities Corporate Finance Real Estate division provides advisory services within acquisitions and divestments, from sourcing to establishment and structuring of property companies and portfolio companies, as well as related advisory services within financing.

Arctic Capital is the capital raising vehicle for direct investments in the Arctic group with primary focus on real estate, shipping and offshore through investments in equity and debt structures. Arctic Capital raises capital in the primary market and facilitates trading of shares in the secondary market providing liquidity to clients.

Arctic Real Estate Management consists of a property management unit and a business management unit that provides services to the project companies throughout the holding period from inception to divestment.

Arctic Alternative Investments Management AS is an authorized alternative investment fund manager. The company is fund manager to project companies (SPV’s) within real estate and shipping facilitated by Arctic Securities AS to the extent these are considered to be alternative investment funds in accordance with the Alternative Investment Funds Act.
